Our offer includes various types of glass meshes with different parameters. This is due to the fact that they must be adapted to the conditions in which they will be used. Among the glass meshes produced by our plant, there are mainly products designed for thermal insulation of residential, office or industrial buildings, as well as for the construction of road infrastructure. We make sure that our products fulfill their function perfectly. For example, during creating road surfaces, a specialized type of products called road meshes is used. Their specific structure guarantees reinforcement of asphalt surfaces and prevents against their cracking. Each fiberglass product can have completely different parameters, which must be taken into account when choosing a specific variant from our offer. The fiberglass meshes which we offer meet many strict standards and it allows them to be used even in the most demanding conditions.
Characteristics of the fiberglass mesh
The common and universal use of fiberglass is the result of its unique properties. The glass meshes produced by BauTex are resistant to mechanical damage, as well as resistant to fire and various types of chemical substances. What is worth noting, they do not absorb water and do not decompose under the influence of fungi and mold. Fiberglass meshes are corrosion resistant and have low electrical conductivity. In the production process, the desired stiffness or increased flexibility can be given to the mesh.
The glass mesh is alkali-resistant, thanks to which it does not lose its parameters under the influence of construction chemicals, and thanks to that it is commonly used to reinforce plasters on the facade. It also works well as reinforcement of the floor screed, because it is much easier to install than steel trusses. Our meshes are resistant to aging processes. This means that they retain their original properties for many years, which allows to maintain the high quality of insulation, the aesthetics of the facade and the durability of the concrete screed.
